The captain of the house

The pirate at the wheel

At the door, a life-size pirate keeps watch at his ship's wheel — Spurs banner above, Cowboys star at his side. He's the most photographed regular in the house and the keeper of the East Side's best mariscos.

Come meet him

The kitchen

Sinaloa-style, made right

Our kitchen cooks the mariscos tradition of Mexico's Pacific coast — aguachiles with real fire, ceviches cured fresh daily, molcajetes that arrive still sizzling, and the camarones sinaloenses that made the region famous. Coastal art on our walls points back to the source: Topolobampo, Sinaloa.
